Swansea Town Hall is closed to the public - if you wish to take Nomination Papers out, please contact our office prior to arriving at the Town

A MESSAGE FROM THE TOWN CLERK
The Town Clerk’s Office strives to serve Swansea residents in an efficient and friendly manner. The Town Clerk’s Office handles Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates; Business Certificates; Dog Licenses; Shellfish Licenses; Marriage Licenses; Voter Registration; Solicitation Permits.  Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board applications are filed at the Town Clerk's Office. The Town Clerk's Office is also responsible for the posting of all Board, Committee and Commission Meetings and the keeping of Meeting Minutes.  The Town Clerk's Office also oversees Town, State and Federal Elections; Annual and Special Town Meetings; the preservation and archiving of historic documents.   The Town Clerk's Office also handles the sale of cemetery lots and internments.  Any resident who has questions is welcomed to contact the Town Clerk's Office at 508-678-9389 Ext. 2
