Chair Yoga - Yoga is a great way to relieve stress but you don't have to become a human pretzel to enjoy it's benefits.  Chair Yoga is a great way to stretch your muscles, increase flexibility and reduce stress.  Join us on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM for this FREE class.

Note:  Due to popular demand, an additional day has been added on Fridays at 10:00 AM.  There is a charge of $3.00 for the FRIDAY class only.

Project Hope - Our new after hours fitness class consists of 25 minutes of Cardio exercises followed by 20 minutes of weight training and toning.  Classes run Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 3:00 PM.
